WHO WE ARE

We are James and Marian Nelson. Full time Concho residents of over 8 years. We recently reached out to the community online to see what was most needed in the White Mountain area. The majority believed that additional transportation options were needed in our area. So we set about establishing a Livery company with enough flexibility to service a variety of options to better serve our community.

What Exactly Does "Livery" Mean?

Most people upon hearing the word livery likely think it has something to do with horses, and it does. Back in the horse and carriage days the livery stable was from where those horses and carriages were dispatched, often to pick up and deliver a passenger or goods. A “Livery Vehicle” remains a legal term of art in the U.S. for a Vehicle for Hire, such as a livery car, taxicab or chauffeured limousine. In some jurisdictions a “Livery Vehicle” covers vehicles that carry up to seven passengers, but not more. 

Livery in the chauffeur driven car world is meant to convey an enhanced level of service. Not to be confused with limousine service, Livery Service is intended for individuals or groups that are primarily interested in convenience, safety and reliability.

Indeed, limousines still convey the image of luxury and elegance. But more importantly, Livery Service is all about that: SERVICE. Couple that topnotch service with safety and convenience and you will understand the evolution of the word Livery. Don’t let the seemingly fancy term fool you. Book a car for special occasions or make the simplest occasions more meaningful by hiring a car chauffeured by professional and courteous driver.

Marian will be your first point of contact when you call in for services. She will arrange dispatch to your pick up and drop off locations. She will also arrange reservations for special and extended services.

James will be providing driver services. James is a professional driver of over 35 years. A current Class A CDL holder with current DOT health Card. Experience in the industry includes, but is not limited to heavy haul trucking, limousine and black car service, as well as Courier and Expedited delivery.

Our company is licensed, insured and fully Compliant with State and Federal regulations.
