TIP or Gratuities are not mandatory, AZ JAM N LLC does not encourage solicitation of gratuities, any gratuity or cash handed to the driver is at customer's discretion.
RATE ESTIMATE
The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation.
Please note AZ JAM N LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation with or without notice.
All rates and confirmations are subject to audit before or after order completion. Occasionally, changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect additional time, actual tolls, parking fees, airport parking, fuel charges, additional stops & waiting-time, etc. may not be included in the estimate and will increase your rate.
AZ JAM N LLC rates inclusive of taxes and credit card processing fees.
Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in 1 minute increments thereafter.
Direct Transfer (point to point, Airport returns) orders have a 10 minute grace period at pick-up (except Airport arrivals); if you exceed the grace period you will be charged in 30 minute increments equal to stated vehicle hourly rate.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted by Phone only. Cancellation must be received TWO hours or more before the posted time of pickup. A Cancellation Fee will be applied, otherwise.
It is the customers obligation to call the office ( 928.940.2246 ) to ensure the cancellation is confirmed.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking Cigarettes/Marijuana is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED in ANY vehicle - This includes all vape-style smoking devices.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in a Cleaning fee up to $500.00.
A workplace vehicle, a vehicle used by an employer or employee to conduct any type of work, is an enclosed workplace. This means that smoking is prohibited in workplace vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week, just as it is prohibited inside of an office building.
FOOD AND DRINK POLICY
Food and drinks are NOT ALLOWED in ANY vehicle.
BOTTLED WATER WILL BE PROVIDED.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol consumption is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED in ANY vehicle – This includes any all types of alcoholic beverages.
DRUG POLICY
Drug/Narcotic use is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED in ANY vehicle - This includes any substances NOT prescribed by a medical professional.
WEAPON POLICY
Weapon possession is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED in ANY VEHICLE – This includes firearms, blades, sprays, chemicals, poisons and any other items AZ JAM N LLC deems unsafe.
CHANGE POLICY
AZ JAM N LLC requires that all changes be received by phone (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 3 hours prior to pickup for all orders and are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.
PRICING POLICY
All advertised fares are subject to change without notice and may vary due to Peak Hours, Weekends, Holidays, Traffic Delays, Road Conditions, etc.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any changes made to your trip after pick-up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from the driver or the office at 1-928-940-2246 before proceeding on your way.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
When paying by credit card, you must supply the credit card number in advance for authorization and payment collection. AZ JAM N LLC may ask for more than one form of identification to ensure the validity of the card and to protect the company and cardholder from fraudulent charges. AZ JAM N LLC may also contact law enforcement in the event of any fraudulent activities. AZ JAM N LLC accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover for payment.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
Credit cards are processed on the day of your pick-up. The charges will appear on your statement as the date of processing.
VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS
AZ JAM N LLC does not accept online-only, virtual credit cards or any other type of “single-use” card numbers or one-time use credit card numbers that may be provided by credit card companies for online transactions such as gift cards. To prevent fraud AZ JAM N LLC shall have no obligation to honor transactions made with such cards.
NO SHOWS
If AZ JAM N LLC is unable to contact or communicate with the passenger or related contact person after 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a no-show and the customer will be charged the FULL reservation fare. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying AZ JAM N LLC may also result in a no-show charge and will be charged in FULL. Being at the pick-up location and refusing transportation from AZ JAM N LLC will also result in a no-show charge and be charged in FULL.
BAGGAGE
AZ JAM N LLC and its drivers will always assist their clients with their luggage being put in and taken out of our vehicles. We expect our clients to have their luggage curbside or outside of their pick-up locations when our drivers arrive for our clients scheduled reservation. It is not the responsibility of AZ JAM N LLC or its drivers to carry a clients luggage up and down stairs or inside any personal or commercial properties. Luggage is not meant to be inside on a seat with any passenger. Car has a maximum capacity of 2-3 pieces of luggage in their trunk space (depending how large each luggage is). The driver has the right to refuse transportation to the passenger who brought more bags than the vehicles trunk can store and the passenger will be charged in FULL for their reservation. Always create reservations accordingly to fit your needs.
DISABILITIES
AZ JAM N LLC cannot be responsible for the special needs of any of our customers, and our vehicles are not equipped to accommodate those with special needs. When our services are engaged, it is with full knowledge that our transport vehicles do not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and that we hereby disclaim any liability due to our noncompliance and failure to provide reasonable accommodation as defined under such act.
CHILD SAFETY SEATS
For safety reasons of providing age and weight appropriate equipment, AZ JAM N LLC does not provide child safety or booster seats. However, customers may provide and install their own child safety or booster seats.
SAFETY BELTS
AZ JAM N LLC requires passengers to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding safety belts and other safety equipment.
INSURANCE
Auto liability insurance is provided for all AZ JAM N LLC services. It is procured in the market in which the service is rendered and shall provide coverage in excess of the statutory minimum permitted in that market.
DRIVER CONDUCT
AZ JAM N LLC maintains a zero tolerance policy with regard to drug and alcohol use. We are committed to ensuring that our services and workplace remain free from the effects of drugs and alcohol in order to promote the health and safety of all our employees and customers.
If you suspect that an AZ JAM N LLC employee or driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol please report this immediately by calling1-928-940-2246.
DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
The Client(s) and/or members of their party shall be responsible and liable to AZ JAM N LLC for any damage caused to a Livery Car or other property of AZ JAM N LLC or any other party used by AZ JAM N LLC caused by the Client or any member of the Client’s party in the course of using services provided by or through AZ JAM N LLC.
In addition to the fee or fees set forth above, the Client shall pay AZ JAM N LLC two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each carpet or seat burn and two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for any additional damage, including, but not limited to, spilled liquids, vomit, upholstery tears ( or ) punctures, interior and exterior damage (e.g. opening door into object) or cleaning of vehicles required due to Client’s use, or a member of Client’s party use, unless the damage or expenses exceed two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00), in which case the Client shall be responsible for all cleaning and/or repairs required.
BEST EFFORTS AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY
AZ JAM N LLC will use its best efforts, in good faith, to provide services as requested, but AZ JAM N LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in providing services that may result from weather conditions, road conditions, vehicle and other breakdowns, delays or destruction caused by public carriers or other circumstances or conditions reasonably beyond the anticipation or control of AZ JAM N LLC. AZ JAM N LLC will notify its Client as promptly as possible of any difficulty encountered or anticipated in providing the requested services.
The Client agrees that AZ JAM N LLC will have no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in a vehicle or on the premises of BNL or any affiliate.
CLIENT BEHAVIOR
All drivers have the right to prohibit smoking, alcohol consumption, and/or other inappropriate conduct; and any driver may terminate a specific trip or other services for failure by the Client or any member of the Client’s party to respond to reasonable requests by the driver.
RIGHTS OF SERVICE
AZ JAM N LLC Driver and company personnel reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger/passengers for any reason/reasons veiwed as not in the best interest of AZ JAM N LLC company.

Terms and Conditions
Terms of Car Service; THESE TERMS OF CAR SERVICE (“Service Terms”) ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AZ JAM N LLC, a company incorporated under the state laws of Arizona operates under the name AZ JAM N LLC, governing your use of the services (“Services”) offered by AZ JAM N LLC. Please review these Service Terms fully before you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. You will also be subject to any additional terms posted on our website (“Site”) located at www.azjamn.org. These additional terms include (without limitation) the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Service Terms, you are directed to discontinue using the Services. AZ JAM N LLC reserves the right to change or supplement these Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the Service Terms after such changes or supplements indicates your acceptance of the Terms as changed or supplemented. It is your responsibility to review these Service Terms regularly. These Service Terms were last updated on August 28, 2023.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
AZ JAM N LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. We will however make every effort to locate property that may have been left in our vehicle. If you have left a personal item in our vehicle and wish to retrieve it, you may call our office at 1-928-940-2246 or email us at azjamnllc@gmail.com. AZ JAM N LLC reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items. These fees are based on the full travel rates or postal rates.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
AZ JAM N LLC is not financially liable in the event of any mechanical breakdown while on a reservation and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
AZ JAM N LLC is not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans or financial losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to, causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of God and Nature, acts of terrorism, travel congestion, construction/road closures, accidents, flight/weather delays, etc.
AZ JAM N LLC’s liability for all causes whatsoever arising shall be limited to your actual damages, in an amount not to exceed the UNUSED sum of all charges paid by you for the fare of your reservation.
AZ JAM N LLC SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION OR CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATION, AND OTHER TORTS.
YOU AND AZ JAM N LLC EACH UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THESE REMEDIES, EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS ALLOCATE THE RISKS OF SERVICE NON-CONFORMITY AS AUTHORIZED BY THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS.
AZ JAM N LLC’S FARES FOR SERVICES REFLECT, AND ARE SET IN RELIANCE UPON, THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND THE EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE BYSAZ JAM N LLC.
GENERAL PROVISIONS; You and AZ JAM N LLC have agreed to these Service Terms within the State of Arizona for all purposes. All disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with these Service Terms (including without limitation, their validity, interpretation, performance, or breach) will be adjudicated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in (or having jurisdiction over) Arizona. These Service Terms and their validity and effect will be interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts over you. You expressly waive any claim of forum non convenes. You agree to reimburse AZ JAM N LLC for its legal fees and expenses of instituting (or defending) a lawsuit by (or against) you. These Service Terms (and any other operating rules or terms posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between AZ JAM N LLC and you, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between AZ JAM N LLC and you. No action (or inaction) by AZ JAM N LLC may be construed as a waiver of these Service Terms (or any part). If any of the provisions of these Service Terms are held to be unenforceable by a court having competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Service Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Customers can cancel an AZ JAM N LLC reservation at any time up to two 2 hours for local and 4-6 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full fare refund by calling 1-928-940-2246, if there is a booking fee collected, it will be non-refundable.
AZ JAM N LLC will not provide a refund if the reservation is canceled or changed less than 2 hours prior to pick-up time for local runs and 4-6 hours prior to pick-up for out of town runs ( depending upon distance ), or in the event of reservation abandonment (No Show). This includes bookings made within 1-2 hours of pickup time.
All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
